[0001] TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to the field of fastening devices, in particular textile shackles, clasps, straps and tensioners.
[0002] STATE OF THE ART It is known from the prior art fastening devices, including textile shackles. The document FR 2 893 378 for example describes a textile shackle made of a tubular braided rope. The shackle comprises at one end of the rope a loop, and at a second end of the rope a ball formed from two strands of the rope and intended to be inserted into the loop to maintain the shackle in a tight position. This shackle applies in particular to the field of deck hardware. Another example of a known fastening device is described in document CH 170739. In this document, there is described a shackle comprising a rope provided with a closed loop at a junction point from which two rope elements and a pin located at the end of one of the rope elements and intended to be inserted into the loop, to maintain the shackle in a tight position.
[0003] However, with such shackles, the distance separating the two pieces to be connected depends on the length of the rope and is not adjustable. Such shackles can therefore hardly adapt to various conditions of use. PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION Throughout this text, the term "rope" means any long, flexible, resistant body and in particular, preferably but not necessarily limiting, any rope made of natural or synthetic material made by a thread assembly. twisted and / or braided. The present invention relates to a fastening device which does not have the disadvantages of the prior art.
[0004] This device comprises: - two rope portions extending from a junction point from which also extends a loop - at least one locking element joining the rope portions at a different location of the junction point, said locking member being adapted to be passed through the loop to close the device on itself and provide a blocking. In addition, its locking element is able to be slid along the portions of the rope portions.
[0005] As will be readily understood on reading the following, the fastening device proposed has the advantage of being adjustable and of being moreover inexpensive. PRESENTATION OF THE FIGURES Other features, objects and advantages of the invention will emerge from the description which follows, which is purely illustrative and nonlimiting, and which should be read with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which: FIG. fastener according to a first embodiment of the invention; FIG. 2 illustrates an attachment device according to a second embodiment of the invention; FIG. 3 illustrates an attachment device according to a third embodiment of the invention; FIG. 4 illustrates the realization of a simple node by means of a fastening device according to one embodiment of the invention; FIGS. 5a and 5b illustrate the realization of a double node by means of a fastening device according to one embodiment of the invention; FIGS. 6a and 6b illustrate the making of a self-locking knot by means of an attachment device according to one embodiment of the invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION Principle of the fastening device FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 represent an attachment device 10 according to various possible embodiments. The fastening device 10 is mainly formed by a rope 11 and an adjusting and locking member 18 mounted thereon. The rope 11 is on one side closed on itself to form a loop 12. On the other side, beyond the junction point 13 on which the loop 12 closes, said rope 11 is extended by two portions of rope 14 and 15 joined at the leveling and locking element 18. The adjusting and locking element 18 constitutes a closing pin which is intended to be passed through the loop 12 to close the device. tie, so use it for example as a shackle. This element 18 has for example for this purpose a cylindrical shape or "dog bone" and is sized to lock on the loop 12 once said element 18 is passed in said loop 12 (Figure 4) and that the inside of the loop thus formed by the fastened fastener on itself is energized.
[0006] The element 18 also has the particularity of being adjustable along the rope portions 14, 15. For this purpose, it has two through openings 20, 21 respectively receiving one and the other of the two rope portions 14 15. These openings 20, 21 are for example parallel to each other. They are shaped and dimensioned to allow a user to slide the element 18 over the rope portions 14 and 15. The member 18 can slide along the rope portions 14, 15 as the attachment device 10 is closed on itself and under tension or not.
[0007] In this way, the closure loop of the device 10 is adjustable, and the attachment device 10 can therefore easily adapt to various conditions of use.
[0008] Examples of materials - Details of realization The rope 11 can be in any type of material. It is for example a rope of hollow fibers or vegetable fibers. This rope can also incorporate metal fibers. The rope 11 may further be of materials comprising natural or synthetic rubber, leather, or plastic, or even metal portions. It may have a circular section or be in the form of a band. Thus, the rope 11 and the rope portions 14, 15 may also be a strap, a cable, a belt or a tensioner also called "bungee" in the English terminology. The adjustment and blocking element 18 can also be in different types of materials, for example wood, bamboo, aluminum, aluminum alloy, steel, stainless steel, plastic, rods or battens of polyester or carbon, brass, copper, bronze, etc.
[0009] It can be of different types of shape and is preferably elongated. It may for example be of circular section, other sections are of course possible (triangular, rectangular, square, ...). The fastening device 10 may also include a plurality of adjustment and locking elements 18 connected in series with the rope portions 14, 15.
[0010] Its openings 20, 21 are perpendicular to the main axis 19 in which it extends. The openings 20, 21 are preferably complementary in shape to the rope portions 14, 15. The openings 20, 21 have, for example, a circular, square, rectangular, and so on. The openings 20, 21 may also have a generally frustoconical profile, so as to block the sliding of the rope portions 14, 15 in one direction. The dimensions of the section of the openings 20, 21 are preferably less than or equal to the dimensions of the section of the rope portions 14, 15 empty. By "empty" is meant a state of unstressed rope portions 14, 15. When the rope portions 14, 15 have a circular section, the openings 20, 21 are spaced apart and spaced apart with a spacing less than or equal to the sum of the diameters of the rope portions 14, 15, so that the effort is well distributed. on the rope portions 14, 15. When the rope portions 14, 15 are in the form of a band, the openings 20, 21 are spaced apart and spaced apart with a spacing greater than the sum of the thickness of the rope portions 14 15. The junction point 13 of the first loop 12 is for example made by seaming, splicing, braiding, crimping, gluing, welding, or cutting, etc., the buckle 12 and the rope portions. 14, 15 being made in one piece, by the same rope 11 or being made by several separate rope elements. Preferably, the first loop 12 has a diameter less than or equal to the elongation of the adjustment and locking element 18, so as to prevent the first loop 12 from disengaging from the adjustment element and from In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the fastening device 10 may comprise at the junction point 13 a junction element 16, which closes the loop 12 on itself and which has an opening 17 accommodating the two branches of rope joined at said junction point 13. This junction member 16 allows the sliding of the rope chocks and therefore allows the adjustment of the loop 12. The opening 17 of the element junction 16 has for example a circular section. In this case, the diameter of the opening 17 is preferably less than or equal to the sum of the diameters of the rope 11 empty. The rope 11 has for example at the loop 12, an extra thickness configured to prevent the connecting element 16 to slide along the rope 11 to extract it. Also, at their end opposite to the junction point 13, the two rope branches that constitute the portions 14 and 15 are closed one on the other, or that they are in one piece from the junction point 13 to as shown in FIG. 1, that they are connected at a junction zone 26. In both cases, the loop 25 thus formed makes it possible to prevent the element 5 from adjusting and blocking 18 does not disengage from the rope chocks and does not disengage the fastening device 10. The loop 25 can also be used to make particular nodes. The connection at this junction zone 26 is for example made by sewing, welding, gluing, by means of a sheath of heat-shrinkable material, by thermofusion, by clamping, crimping or seaming. The rope branches can still extend beyond this junction area 26 and be joined a little further to thereby form together a new loop similar to the loop 12, thus providing several user possibilities for use. In this case for example, the fastening device 10 may then comprise a plurality of locking and adjustment elements. Examples of use FIG. 4, already discussed, gives a first example of use of a fastening device of the type just described. FIGS. 5a and 5b illustrate the production of a double knot. To achieve this double node, the loop 12 and the portions 14, 15 closed by the locking element 18 are wound so that the first loop 12 is passed through the loop 25. The loop 12 is then ironed on the element blocking 18. Figures 6a and 6b illustrate the realization of a self-locking knot. To make this self-locking knot, the portions 14, 15 closed by the blocking element 18 are wound so that the first loop 12 is passed firstly between the portions 14 and 15, then in the loop 25. The buckle 12 is then passed over the locking element 18. Such self-locking node prevents slipping of the locking element 18, even under heavy load. In each of the examples of use described above, it is the shear applied by the first loop 12 on the rope portions 14, 15 which ensures the locking of the device 10, when the device 10 is under tension. The attachment device 10 which has just been described can be assembled to a friction ring, to a fixed or opening pulley, so as to form a hoist. Such a hoist can for example be used in the nautical field or the field of construction.
[0011] It can especially be used in the nautical field, for example as a shackle or as a fastening device intended to be assembled to an existing metal shackle. It can also be used as clasp for garment, belt, jewelry, bags, etc.
[0012] The attachment device 10 may further be used in the medical field, for example as a ligature.
